Arrival to Desertion [Open]

Kyo had just caught an enormous fish and was dragging it behind him by the tail. He was bare back and shoeless with a single kunai stuck in his waist. Around his waist, were his two pouches of clay. His pants were blacl and long. His spikey hair was soaking from just coming up from the water.

It was a good catch too. With the meat from this baby, he could have food for while he was here in Kiri, and give away the rest. The lake was large, one of the largest in Kiri. It had to be, to be home to these large monsters. Still, it was the biggest tuna he had ever seen.

As Kyo looked out towards the sea, there were ships coming in from different countries. There were even ships from Konoha. So he dragged his catch to the fishing depot as the butchers started their work. As he stood there enjoying the setting sun, casting it's shimmering glow across the rippling waters, he noticed a boat. A dinghy that was battered as much as the tattered sea cloak of its lone occupant. The Hyuga did not think nothing of it as he dipped his hands into his pockets as he waited for his meat and money.

It was either that this guy before him was just naive or just that strong that he would need no sort of protection while sitting on the slanted hill that led to Kiri's shores a few meters ahead. What if Kyo had been an enemy who chose to simply attack an unsuspecting Kiri shinobi for some sort of gain? He was lucky Kyo was not that kind of person. And while he would not go so far as to call himself friendly, he certainly was not the type to get into pointless battles but would have no problem slaying anyone who would want to try to kill him. After all, he was The Impaler of the leaf.

Kyo decided to leave his catch by the building where the fishermen would prepare his meat for him accordingly. He would go over to this man since this man showed no fear at all and speak to him. Kyo walked over to the man and sat down beside him; barefotted and bareback showing his casual nature.

"Well well well, how's the training going?" Kyo said smiling genuinely. "Glad to see Kiri ninja taking shit seriously. Whew!" Exclaimed Kyo. "You are a ninja right?" He continued as he leaned in a bit closer to the guy.

"Ah, don't worry about it." Said Kyo calmly as he took out a small canter of saki and took a swig of the liquid as he was sitting besides the white haired guy. "Ya mind is pretty damn far off to not hear me though. I'm not one to pry but, in this world, ya can't afford to let ya guard down like that. I could've been an enemy." He smiled wryly as he spoke to this one in a joking tone.

The Impaler wasn't one for small talk with the locals, he just decided to chat and weigh out this one he was sitting next to. So far, his opinion of him was like warm to say at best. But the white haired one was a thinker so that was always good. Although he was not a fan of being out in the open in a foreign land because you never know what could happen. But he was Kyo, and he welcomed a challenge. This was the country Senjiro lived in so he would not take a life of a Kiri inhabitant. He would test the mentality of this one. Oh how he loved toying with people.
