Alone in the Dunes... [p, Training]

Placing his headband and ANBU mask on the table in the Administration office that was in charge of the village during the absence of a Kazekage. He decided to give up his position as a ninja and to go out in the world to seek his own revenge. He left the village right after as a civilian on holiday. While he was still in the neighborhood of the land of wind, Shin decided that he would train his chakra control. It was obvious to most people, that he believed that with the proper control over one's own self, you could do many amazing things. Thusly, he made sure to always keep himself in tip top shape as far as his control over his chakra went. He knew that he had more of it naturally than most people due to the fact he had been training it for most of his life, so he had to make sure to keep all of that chakra under control so he wouldn't fall behind anyone.

He started as he always did, by sitting in a meditative pose atop a dune of sand. He could feel the wind flowing through his hair and his cape. This was peaceful and one could get a sense of the tranquility that was inherent in nature when man left it alone. He focused on moving his chakra through his body in the way that felt the most natural.

His spiritual energy moving with the ebb and flow within himself. This was the most interesting feeling in the world, focusing on allowing your chakra to move with its own mind. To show you where it wanted to go instead of you directing it to your own desired location. Chakra was the life source that all living creatures needed to survive. Most people took it for granted as you are born with it. But, Shin had decided long ago that he would not take his blessing for granted. He felt his chakra naturally seeming to culminate around the seal on his chest. This made sense as that seal needed something to keep it working, it surely couldn't work off of the very chakra it was there to keep sealed in!

After a few moments of allowing his chakra to wander freely, Shin would focus on exerting his own control over it. He would take a moment to concentrate on drawing the moisture from the air. It was much more difficult to do in a desert for obvious reasons. He was finally able to form an orb about the size of a tennis ball though. Now his real training could begin.

This part of his training revolved around condensing the molecules in the ball and slowing them down while also packing them closer and closer together. Theoretically, this would automatically cause the ball to freeze, by turning it into a solid. He would then focus on the other forms of matter. It was taking a long time though, in the desert heat, to freeze the water. But, this was nothing he couldn't handle. He would continue to focus on the ball until he noticed it had started to solidify. Once he got it fully frozen all the way through, he would begin to speed the molecules up. This caused the ball to begin to steam a bit and finally melt back into water before boiling into a ball of water vapor. It was amazing, to think one could control water to such a degree.


He continued on to the next phase of his training. Using this control in jutsu form to see what he could do. He would form hand signs before firing a very small shark made of water. Once it hit the sand, it dried up almost immediately. It seemed he had a lot of work to do before this technique was at a decent level. He tried again for a few minutes, attempting to see any form of improvement.

Focusing on his chakra, he had to admit he had massive reserves. Forming a single hand sign, the sky would grow dark and rain would begin to pour out around him. Forming more seals with a single hand, he would turn some of the rain into water needles that would stab into the ground before being absorbed by the sand. It was something else that a mere man such as he was able to change the very weather due to the beast inside of him. He knew that if he kept training, he would continue to grow. Focusing on his chakra, he would cause the rain around him to pause, freezing where it was around the area. The droplets would remain suspended in place until he breathed out and allowed for them to continue their descent.

It was an amazing feeling to be so connected to an element that one might can feel what the element can do inherently. He realized he had the complete and total control over not only the water element, but in its form as well. He could control it as Ice or even vapor just as easily as he could when it was in its liquid form. He would really need to learn more jutsu one of these days.

Shin could feel that his chakra reserves had been expanded and he felt amazing for it. It wouldn't be long now before he was close to the level he wanted to be. He would allow the rain to stop falling and would then focus on his chakra. He could feel it moving to and fro, throughout his body. He knew that many people believed that one's chakra was just concrete and grew over time, he knew that chakra could grow through intense and specific training. It was obvious that he needed to work on growing his Jutsu repertoire as well.

So, he sat down and began to formulate ideas in the wet sand all around him. He had the Magnet Release and Swift Releases to work with as well as his special Blood Release that could be used in more ways than just the control of water. He had a lot of potential now that he sat down to think about it.
