Description: The user coats themselves with a refined layer of chakra gaining +100 durability, appearing to be a very thin chakra cloak over the user and gear that he or she possesses to those with chakra vision (though the black coating on weapons is visible to everyone). Foreign chakra effects become nullified against the user in the face of this protection, which include genjutsu and fuuinjutsu alike, unless the power of the effect is higher than the power of the jutsu. This also allows the user’s body parts to clash with jutsu as if they were also jutsu.
If the user has GM in taijutsu, the power of the jutsu becomes equal to their durability rather than having its own health, the jutsu being infused into their flesh.
If the user has GM in bukijutsu, the user can choose to cover ONLY their weapon(s) while using this jutsu. If so, the chakra cost is decreased by half, before GM discounts.
If the user has GM in medical jutsu, the jutsu nullifies physical poisons as well, as per the same number check as above.
If the user has GM in Kugujutsu, the user can also project Endless Empire: Black onto any given number of puppets under his control as well.
If the user has Dust Release, the user’s Dust Release jutsu that are cast while this jutsu is active resist effects that would negate, dispel, seal, absorb or destroy them by an additional +100.
None of these effects can break the 200 cap unless the user can also break the 200 cap.

Requirements: Sunagakure ninja of S-1 tier only.


Name: Endless Empire: Red

Type: Ninjutsu
Element: -
Range: 150 m radius
Description: The user combines their deeply honed combat senses with chakra to perform this jutsu, which doesn’t manifest visibly. Those with chakra vision, however, can note that the area around the user’s head becomes tinged with red. This isn’t nearly as strong as things like Byakugan, as it doesn’t allow the user to sense anything purely physical. However, in terms of sensing chakra, it’s almost unmatched, allowing the user to perceive properties, elements, density, and concentration of chakra. It can even tell when someone is about to use a jutsu by tracking the flare of chakra within their bodies, as well as how much chakra proportionally a given individual has remaining. To a certain extent, it can even track the destination of teleports and teleport-like movements, as long as both the initiation and destination are within the range of the jutsu. This jutsu grants the user +100 perception (can’t go past the 200 cap unless the user can also do so).
If the user has Dark Release, the user can begin to drain 70 chakra per post from a single target within range. In addition, the jutsu becomes a sublimited, so this effect requires 250 durability to resist.
If the user has GM in medical, they can detect vitals and health/damage status on a target, determining if they’re poisoned, and other such basic readings.
If the user has GM in kugujutsu, the user can choose to extend this field from a puppet rather than himself, while still getting all the data from the sensory at range.
If the user is a jinchuuriki with access to full beast mode, the range is doubled when the user enters full beast mode. As a precursor, this jutsu can be used in full beast mode.

Name: Endless Empire: White

Range: 100 m
Description: The user brings their full willpower to bear on a single opponent, manifesting finely controlled chakra particles around them. The properties of these particles are such that the victim is overwhelmed by sheer power, rendering them knocked out for three posts. If the victim has a doujutsu, however, the scope and power of the jutsu had yet another sensual bombardment with which to attack the victim, and the jutsu gains 35 power.
If the user is in one of the 8 Gates, the jutsu scales off of the user’s strength, rather than off of normal jutsu power. This can break the 300 cap, since the user can also break the 300 cap.
If the user is the jinchuuriki of the 3-tails, their killing intent is magnified, and the jutsu becomes an area of effect with a 100 m radius, affecting both friend and foe.
If the user is the jinchuuriki of the 1-tails, their killing intent becomes visible, inflicting a blinding effect on the victim if they resist the knockout effect, the resist for which is 50 higher than the knockout effect. Lasts for 3 posts, or 5 if the opponent is a doujutsu user.
Requirements: Sunagakure ninja of S-1 tier only.


Name: Kozura’s Rampage: Sky-Up

Description: The user breathes forth up to five bullets of wind, which aren’t visible to the naked eye. Dealing piercing/sharpness/impact damage, they are capable of punching through armor if it’s weak enough.
Should an air bullet from this jutsu be hit by one of the user’s subsequent fire techniques, that fire technique absorbs it. Anyone hit by that fire technique loses 60 durability vs. that fire jutsu’s power only.

Element: Fire
Range: 60 m
Description: The user fires a rather ordinary (if large, being 7 m in diameter) fireball after collecting chakra either from their mouth or from both their hands. Deals burning as well as impact damage.
If the user fires this in conjunction with or if this jutsu collides with a wind element jutsu that the user has already cast, the fireball consumes the air jutsu entirely, adding its jutsu power to the fireball. Works only once, i.e. doesn’t stack.

Range: 60 meters
Description: The user creates a large column of water from their chakra and spews it forth, creating a powerful cone 60 m long and at max 60 m wide, capable of shattering stone, metal, etc. if it’s weak enough. While a simple jutsu, it can serve as a combo piece for an overarching combat scheme.
If a fire or lava jutsu was cast by the user immediately prior to this, the user can add some of the residual chakra to the Tempest, causing the water to become extremely hot, gaining a burning power equal to its jutsu power.

Description: The user creates up to 8 small, hand-sized bird-shaped lightning constructs, which have a shocking/impact/sharpness power equal to the jutsu power. The user send them in a straight line, which though it might seem weak, has other uses as well.
If the jutsu hits water or soaked ground, the user can conduct the lightning and control its path through the water. If so, from that point onward, even after the lightning exits the water, its power and speed are each amplified by 35 each.

Description: Every unit of chakra can be divided into an even smaller unit, until it reaches some elementary particle. Naturally, each single one of these can be nullified, absorbed, and amplified. The user simply has to have the reflexes, power, and calculative capacity to perform such a task in a brief window of time.
This, in essence, is what tuning is. It becomes easier to perform with a musical instrument or other valid oscillatory object (must be app’d), which causes the cost for the jutsu to drop to 100.
Against a jutsu that would be a valid target for Inhaling Maw, the user can choose to pay a large chakra cost of 120 for this jutsu, rather than the 0 that Inhaling Maw would normally cost. If so, the user can destroy the jutsu at range, dispersing it and reforming the chakra taken from the jutsu do one of two things:
The user can reform it into one of his own jutsu. This jutsu must be external, cannot be an area-of-effect centered on the user, and must be a ninjutsu that would also be a valid target for Inhaling Maw that costs equal or less than the amount of chakra used to cast the targeted jutsu. The jutsu is fire from that point as if it had originated from there. (e.x. As the fireball came toward her, Kozura blew a note on the flute, tuning the fireball. With fluidity, the fire dispersed, then the chakra reformed, changing into a bolt of lightning that directed itself at her opponent blah blah).
Alternatively, if the user has GM in Senjutsu, the user can absorb the chakra and instantly convert it into Senjutsu chakra as denoted in the chakra rules. Chakra absorbed cannot straight up be added to the user’s pool, as it normally would be with Inhaling Maw. If the jutsu is used in this way, it goes on a 2 post cooldown.

Description: If the user has some way of detecting when an opponent is about to use this jutsu, they can perform this technique. Paying 120 chakra, they can negate the jutsu JUST as it’s being cast, and the opponent’s chakra and formulations are wasted with no effect. Only works on ninjutsu, genjutsu, and space-time techniques. If used with a musical instrument or other oscillatory tool/method (must be app’d), the jutsu costs only 100 chakra instead. Jutsu negated this way activate any cooldown or usage cap that they have. This jutsu itself has a 4 post cooldown (2 if used to negate a jutsu of C-rank or below).

Not Happening as a Whole here, Dark Release is meant to be used Up close and Definetly not on Senjutsu, thats a whole nother thing
