Fighting with possible booms(Private/Kirito)

One of the teachers at the academy had asked Jei to come in and assist in teaching some of the other genin. Most jounin knew how his immsense durability, and how even if he were hit with a powerful jutsu, he'd survive with little risk of injury. That was the wonderful thing about Jei. Once he arrived, he saw a bunch of genin wielding dull blades and the teacher that ran his exam. Hmm.

Jei was given a solid wooden pole, about a foot long and rather large in circumference, it was like something one would use to hold up a table. It struck him, he was given a table leg to beat kids with. That was fine. Well. It was fine. Here's the problem, they all fell in a single swipe from his table leg, so the academy teacher went out and grabbed a sign he had made before this, and sighed.

The sign said a simple thing.

Come inside for a free spar

It didn't say with Jei, but the sign wasn't lying.

Jei wore his normal pants, but had no shoes no shirt on. He would not be served as a store.

[1/3 to get adept bukijutsu]

Kirito had been in the village of Sunagakure for a day now. He admittedly had slept for most of it and when he wasn't sleeping he was eating. Being a jinchuuriki took a lot out of someone. He decided that today, he would take a walk around the village to see if he could find someone to train with. He had an idea for a jutsu that would be immensely useful. He was sure that he wasn't the one who invented it, as he had seen some schematics and notes on a similar jutsu before, but now that he had mastered the Tailed Beast Ball, he was sure that he would be able to make this jutsu work.

So, as he walked, he would come across a sign that read, 'Come inside for a free spar'. That sounded like it was exactly what he was looking for. He had on his typical garb consisting of an all black Gi, a white haori over it all with short sleeves. He entered to see a very large man with a table leg standing. Approaching him and asking, "Are you the one I'm supposed to fight?" It was a simple question and would get him the answers he needed to proceed.

Jei was not entirely sure how to wield the table leg, but he assumed it went a little something like smack other person with it. Sometimes. Occasionally. Perhaps even during his and the small boys fight. The boy was small. That much he knew. That much he understood. He could hit him maybe, but the boy was probably nyoom like Kona was. That was going to be a problem if so. He couldn't handle speed fighters that well, he needed to figure out how to also make himself go nyoom, rather then just sorta puttering around like a dumb guy. He was dumb, but he wasn't that dumb!

He would start swinging his table leg around, up down left and right to try and get a feel for it before the fight. It was not going well. He was not very good at using weaponry or anything. He sucked. That was fien though, as he didn't need weapons. He could just hit them with a stick and it'd probably hurt them. He thinks.

2/3 for buki adept.

Kirito would watch as his massive opponent swung the table leg around in a clunky, untrained way. It was obvious he had little training in the use of weapons and if his general size and build were to be judged upon, it would be suffice to say that he relied heavily on Taijutsu. Deciding that it would be wise not to assume he was stronger than the man in front of him, he would form a hand sign, calling forth a clone. He would have said clone move a good distance away from the fighting and take up a meditative position. It would probably be seen as odd, but he didn't really care at the moment.

He would send chakra all through his body in preparation for the coming bout. He would then focus it in his hand, spinning it. It would take some time, but he felt that he could recreate the effects of the Bijudama with his own chakra on a slightly weaker scale. He wasn't positive yet, but he believed with training, it was feasible.

He had to scare the small boy. That's how he was going to somewhat do something in this bout. Jei looked at the table piece in his hand and swung it around a bit more, but obviously this little boy wasn't impressed. That was mean. How dare he not be impressed? Jei would have to show him his true power. Jei put the sword down, and started to stretch his limbs a little bit. He wanted to get limber before he tried to do what he planned on doing. It wouldn't have any particular effect, but that didn't mean he wouldn't do it. He wanted to impress the small child.

He then decided to swing his arm down, and smashed the ground. The resulting thud would impress most ninja and samurai alike. He was known as a genin and wanted to prove that he was strong.

Shortly after the smash, the building they were in starting to make noises, bemoaning the existence of themselves as they shifted. His single attack had hurt the foundations of the building, and he smiled.

"seemestrong."

To say Kirito was unimpressed with the other boys usage of his makeshift weapon would be an understatement. One might also say that Kirito was slightly happy when the giant decided to put down the wooden club and do stretches. But, it was the understatement of the century to say that he was surprised by what happened next. The boy shook the very foundations of the building by slamming his hands on the ground. It was an amazing thing, something Kirito had never really thought about encountering. This boy was almost as strong naturally as he was in sage mode.

Looking back, he could see his clone still gathering the nature energy it needed. It wouldn't take long before he was ready to face this behemoth in battle. But, until then, he would need to buy himself some time. Forming a few hand seals, he would turn the moisture in the air into a thick fog. So thick in fact, that he knew most people in the village wouldn't be able to see through it.

"Can'tseegottasee."

He knew where the wall was, so he turned towards where the wall would be and charged at full force towards it. He'd soon after break through the wall, and he'd grab the wall on the way out to do his next move, which was ingenious. Well. He thought it was ingenious. He decided that he'd use it as a sort of throwing object, and would decided to use it like a stick. A very large, oddly shaped stick. It mattered not that it wasn't made of wood, or that it wasn't even shaped like a stick. It was a stick, and that's all the mattered.

He'd grip the wall a little harder than needed, and would attempt to hit Kirito through the door. He'd, quite literally, attempt to hit the building, with the building, to get to small child because of a small child blinding him. He'd be scarier if he were smart, but thankfully for all involved, Jei was an idiot. Thoroughbred one even. Long line of strong idiots, that Jei hailed from.

Not that he cared.

Kirito would watch as the boy seemed to get angry at him for casting this jutsu. The next thing that happened was the boy literally ripped out the wall and used it as a weapon to try and hit Kirito. It was to his own luck, that Kirito was simply faster than this monster, otherwise, he would be dead. Or at least hit with a wall. He could feel that his clone would be nearing completion of its task. He was ready to really give this a go. He had yet to actually use Sage Mode in a real fight, so he was interested in seeing what he was capable of when under its influence.

He would continue to dodge the giants attacks though as it was clear he was not very bright. If this continued too long it could prove to be dangerous to anyone in the vicinity. He needed to hurry and get this under control, but he had to admit, he was happy to be facing such a challenge now. It was interesting to think that he was fighting a Genin at this level.

He was frustrated. The boy was going way faster than he was. This was frustrating. Why was the boy so much faster? He was smaller. He had smaller legs. Why was he so much nyoomer than he?

"Nyoomfrustrate"

He'd swing the piece of wall down. He'd sing it to the left, to the right. Every attempted boop was a dodge, and that was frustrating. His hits weren't slow. His hits were strong. Strong. That's what he was. He wasn't the nyoom, he was the strong. That's what he has always told himself. What kind of stupid guy is he, that he can't just.... power through something? He could lift buildings, darn it. Why couldn't he smash this child? The young man was getting frustrated, and it showed.

He'd stop moving towards the boy and chuck the wall at him; and then sit down.

"whyyougosonyoom?"

Kirito heard the massive child complain at his speed. So he decided he would play fair. Releasing both his clone and the mist jutsu at the same time, he would breathe out as he felt himself enter Sage Mode. He would gain dark blue markings around his eyes which would turn a deep shade of gold. This would be an interesting matchup now for sure.

Raising his hands and catching the wall that was thrown at him, he would respond by throwing it right back at the massive boy. Surely if it hit, it would be enough of a shock to the other competitor that the fight would get back into motion.

He placed his fist in front of him, closed.

"i'm not just strong, I'm tough."

The wall would crack itself on his first, but only the wall would break and fly by Jei. He wouldn't even grunt. He would get up, and put his hand in front of him, open. Telling the other to wait, he'd pick up the stick that he had before.

"watchthis"

He walked over to the doorway, and standing much like he did when he showed this to Kona, would thrust his hands of, lifting the building up a good bit. He frowned at the boy.

"i'm not good at properly hurting other people. it's not a good thing to do."

Kirito was surprised that the wall seemed to have no effect on the boy, but when he stood and said watch, Kirito did as requested. The massive child stood and actually lifted the building they were in. But, it seemed he was a bit of a pacifist when it came to actual fighting. Sighing, it would seem that this spar was a bit of a bust, but at least Kirito might can use his remaining time in the village to master the jutsu he had been working on.

"It's okay, we don't have to fight anymore if you don't want to. My name is Kirito Samejima, it is a pleasure to meet you."

He would bow politely to the overgrown kid. Now, to keep working on his jutsu. He would hold out his hand, focusing his chakra into the palm. He was thankful for the added chakra control that Sage Mode granted him as he tried to form a spiraling ball of pure chakra.

He nodded, feeling kind of bad that he couldn't fight the small child. He felt like it'd be a good fight, but he had a problem. He had a problem. Not only was he rather stupid, and of often 'subpar' intellect, he didn't particularly like hurting people. He was just always hungry and felt the need to eat. He'd often get angry when he didn't have anything to eat, and use his far above average strength to beat on the area he was in. That, however, wasn't actually the way he needed to go about this. He gripped the table leg in his hand, grasping it with both hands, and swinging it downward with an amount of force some jounins couldn't pull off.

"i am getting stronger at this."

He looked at the small child forming something.

"Oh~Whatdoyouhavethere?"

Kirito noticed that the apparently gentle giant had gotten much more proficient with his usage of the weapon he was holding. In an all out sword battle, he might even show a bit more skill now than even Kirito possessed because of the fact kirito left the Land of Iron before he started the most intense portions of his training. But, he was glad for this fact. It allowed him to grow as a combatant and showed him that he was destined for great things.

Thinking on this, he would continue to attempt the shape manipulation to no avail. Every time he felt that he was getting close, the sphere would fizzle out before it even appeared. He needed to find some way to contain the chakra before it could fizzle out! So, pushing in more chakra, he would continue to struggle to maybe create a shell around the ball of chakra to act as a barrier to keep it from escaping?

"maybe fizzle because it's unhappy? maybe take time or feed it more?"

He gave this advice from the bottom of his heart. It was honest advice. He didn't know how well that meant, but still. It was honest to god advice that he really meant. He had gotten said advice from himself, as he thought of himself when he saw that spooky ball. He didn't know if he could ever do it. He knew he wasn't like the other kids, but he was the strong one in the village who could 'bench 200 men' according to some, and that may be true but that didn't mean that he wanted to bench 200 men, he just wanted to have fun.

That's what he was doing, as he was swinging the table leg with fast and hard swings now, which is to be considered when he hadn't actually touched a weapon like the one he was wielding before this. Huh. He wasn't half bad at this. He could get used to this, but more importantly, he could get used to winning in the art of booping people with weaponry.

Hearing the giant give him advice broke him from his focused stupor for a moment. Hm, put more chakra into it? That sounded simple enough, but would it be enough to make the difference here? Well, one way to find out! Kirito would hold his hand in front of him, palm up and would focus chakra into it in a swirling motion to replicate the condensing and pressurization of a Tailed beast ball. He pushed more and more chakra into it until finally, a blue ball formed in his hand. He was abut to celebrate when the ball expanded rapidly and exploded blowing him backwards several feet.

Climbing back onto his feet he would watch his hand slowly heal, courtesy of Isobu. Okay, maybe that was too much chakra? He would need to try again, and maybe this time use less than his full supply at once. It would seem his lumbering new friend was smarter than he seemed to want people to believe.

He, himself, almost gasped at the force that the small boy blew back. That's if we were really surprised? Sorta? He figured that it'd either go big boom or do something like that. It was sorta scary though. Made a big boom, and it looked like that the boy could be slightly hurt. That's scary, and not something Jei wanted. That's not at all what Jei wanted me. If it was what Jei wanted, he'd have done it himself. He wouldn't have waited. He would've been a stubborn prick, yes. Make no mistake about that.

He just wouldn't have, like, made such a big boom. Smaller boom is better boom, from what he understood. He still had a minor concern, which he made obvious by pointing towards the boy and yelling. Unknown to him, his shoulder didn't do the telling move, so it was just like his finger just moved.

"Smolchild! Are youok?"

Kirito was a bit dazed after his failed attack, but after a moment was back to his senses. Hearing his new friend ask about his well being caused kirito to chuckle some. "I am fine my friend. I'm sorry, but I don't think I caught your name?" It was something Kirito just realized. it was odd to have had so much experience with someone and not even know their name. He had ran into a similar problem with Chiyeko, was it perhaps because he was inconsiderate?

Well, either way, he needed to get back to work on his jutsu. He felt that he almost had it down pat! He focused again back in the same position. Pushing out chakra, but a little less than before and he focused on keeping it tightly under control. Hopefully, this would be the moment that he realized he had learned the technique. But, only time would tell.

He spoke these words simply, as he had to wonder something about himself. If he span around really fast, would he get sick? Wait. What was sick? He had never been sick before, that's not how this worked. That's not how being sick worked, right? He had never gotten normally sick, so if he ever got a stomach ache, it'd probably mess with the giant in ways it wouldn't even matter to most. It's a bloody shame that Jei was who he was, otherwise there are situations where one could be prepared for. He decided to test his theory.

He spun around roughly twenty times in a swift fashion. He did not feel sick. Just midly meh, if he were to be honest.

"huh i can't get sick."

Kirito would focus hard to keep pushing chakra into the palm of his hand until finally a perfect blue ball would form. It would seem that he had finally learned the jutsu he had been trying so hard to achieve. Now it was time for him to go and get some rest as he had expended a lot of his chakra here today. So, after bidding his new friend Jei adieu, he would exit the building and head into the busy streets of Suna on his way back to his inn room.

He would stay the night and then head out first thing the next morning to continue his journey across the elemental nations. It was most certainly an enlightening trip so far and he could feel himself growing stronger and stronger each day.
