Description: Mimicking the rotation of a whirlpool the user creates a small amount of chakra on their hand before rotating it and causing it to eventually speed up to the point it has additional hardness and piercing power, this causes the user's strike to be much more devastating as it can quickly cut through an opponent by shredding through their flesh and drilling through their bones. All strikes by the opponents hands have an increase of 30 strength and durability so long as the technique is maintained. This buff applies only to the user's hands, strikes from the body and the body itself receive no buffs.

Description: The user strikes with incredible accuracy which causes numbing at the point, if the person is accurate enough to hit a nerve or a pressure point the target can easily find themselves incapacitated, for example if the user struck the upper arm they could potentially make the user unable to use it for their next post. By rolling a dice the opponent needs to roll higher than fifty for the area to not be incapacitated on the next post.
