Description: A highly specialized Jutsu that forms up to seven glowing portals around the user that can launch one Jutsu up to seven times at once. Each use of the Jutsu requires the normal cost, but the large number of attacks can be incredibly difficult to dodge simultaneously.
Requirements: The user must possess seven sets of hands with the same type of chakra flowing through them, all of which must switch from the sign for this Jutsu to the sign for the Jutsu they wish to cast with this technique.

This seems to be more of a space/time skill the way its described plus its ranked entirely to low with that in mind I am going to ask that this be changed to a Jikukan S Rank technique and be limited.

Sorry, but that doesn't fit with the NPC I was planning to do this with. If there's any other restrictions I can put on this to lower the rank from S, I could make it work, though.
