Description: The user forms a cloak made of blue fire around their body, complete with a hood and fabric that can be pulled over their nose to hide their face. This material can be manipulated freely and only burns who or what the user wants it to. Because it can be removed and turned into other forms of fabric and normally has the properties of fabric, it can be used as anything from a way to hide surprise hits through the fire to binding used for a trap to even a makeshift bandage, with it being completely possible to tear off or re-grow sections of material. This can burn any unarmed attackers and anything this technique is used for will disappear once the user stops paying the upkeep cost of 15 Chakra per post.
