Skill System Changes and Tier Adjustments!

Changes have been made to the SKILL SYSTEM and TIER DESCRIPTIONS. These changes include a reduced allotment to the maximum Skill Count each Ninja can train to and to what extent you can train to within a certain tier! So please be sure to check these areas and make the appropriate changes to your character update sheets. To compensate for the possible disruption for each users build, a SINGLE TIER UP will be granted to all of those who have had their character updates posted and approved upon before today. We hope these changes bring a more healthy and balanced rp experience to the site and apologize for any inconveniences.
