Kiseragi sat in his soon to be wife's home on their estate staring out of their window, his eyes peering into the seemingly expanse area of the Suna desert with a smile on his face. Features he had not worn in such a long time finally came into fruition as he stood there shirtless with his trademark fedora placed gently on his head. He had been spending more time outside of his home and in hers though at the moment he simply assumed she had been asleep. Only a few more days before their wedding and soon they would be of one mind and body. The feeling of draped arms went over his shoulders as a small, but slender hand took the fedora from his head and placed it onto theirs," Didn't I tell you not to wear this in the house?," a small chuckle followed a swift, but loving kiss on his cheek as he smiled and responded,"But you like the fedora." Turning only slightly to look at her, he smiled and wrapped his arm around her as his hands lightly tangled into her hair. It was something seeing himself through this woman's eyes...but it felt so right.

A few days before the wedding had finally came to pass and for the first time? Kiseragi had been seriously nervous. The two had talked about something that would solidify their marriage more than a simple ring and oath, but they were waiting until the day before the wedding to do so. They knew a medic that could do the procedure and actually make it to where they weren't wearing bandages to the wedding making everyone worry about what had been happening. Today he had been outside of the compound talking with her father who was happy for his daughter, finding someone she could call her desert rose. In actuality Kiseragi was happier than most because she broke through the many shells he had kept around him, pulling out the Kiseragi that had been hidden all this time. As the two continued to talk, Mitsuki's father gave Kiseragi something as his new son-in-law. A Pendant. It was a gift symbolizing his new status as apart of their family. While he did not have to renounce his Hyuga heritage, he instead chose to embrace them bout while taking on her last name. It was only a few days before he would finally become a husband...and after that? A father.

The day before the wedding both of them met in a rather well kept area of the compound, where the two would initiate their own vows. In this they both took each other's hands and smiled for some reason this had been what they had wanted...To be of one mind and one soul. With a single kiss they both went under, Kiseragi looking to his soon to be wife and nodding," I'll see you when we awaken," his eyes closing softly and soon the work was done. Hours had passed but to him it had been nothing but minutes since he had been awake, his wife's part being done first since she had been giving him so much more than a mere eye, but as she was given his right one she smiled and touched the bandages that covered her eye. Finally awakened, he touched where the bandages had been on him and too smiled as he looked toward his wife," Guess we really are of one mind and body now huh? How's that eye treating you?," it was a weird question but he knew....She liked it. The two sat beside each other, her leaning onto his arm as she just took in the air around them. Everything had been quiet and for them to do this meant they had loved one another.

The day of the wedding. The compound was abuzz with the cheers of Mitsuko's family, since Kiseragi didn't exactly have a family to call his own he was now welcome to their and the cheers were enhanced ten thousand fold. For some reason he had been smiling the whole time, wearing what looked like a black version of his suit with nothing on his head, but at the request of the bride he picked up his hat and looked at it," Seems like so long ago I was a hermit...and now I'm a husband." There had been a knock on his door from someone saying that they were ready to start. A small appeared on his face as he put the hat on and tilted it downward only slightly," Its showtime." As he stood in the room with the family and friends of family sitting on both sides he couldn't help but notice...well through the only eye at the time that he was nervous. He hadn't seen her since yesterday and now for the first time in what seemed like years he would see her again. As the music played and Mitsuko came down the aisle he touched the bandages softly and when she stood face to face with him they both removed it at the same time and smiled.

With the wedding over, two weeks had passed since he had begun his training with his wife to control his newfound power....and sort of failed. She did laugh at him from time to time as he instructed him, telling him over and over to just think of it as a part of his own body being pushed out. At most he was able to produce a bone from his finger, but other than that? Nothing. As the days went on and through sheer frustration and the desire to no longer be poked at by his wife he produced his first bone blade...albeit it was quite...small. Progress was progress, but in the meantime he had been showing her how to use the Byakugan efficiently which she picked up quite easily. Weeks became months as his training progressed to a point where he could make a perfect bone blade and even use it in combat against her. His vigor as a ninja had been reborn through his wife and now....he was truly happy. After months of training he had finally gotten the hang of the Kaguya fighting style and even adopted parts of it into his Taijutsu, even though he rarely used it. As a result he began to teach her his most prized and secret techniques.
