Just a week before, Rei had taken Mr. Egg's daughter on a date. Yuki had been a pleasant and beautiful young woman. Rei had enjoyed the date more than she had thought, but she had been pretending to be a male for the mission. Now today, Rei had been requested to sample some food from Mr. Egg's shop. I might as well see how Yuki is doing. she thought to herself as she made her way towards Mr. Egg's shop. Unlike last time, she was her genuine self with no disguise. Shw crossed the street and knocked before entering. Mr. Egg was in the same spot he was last time, across the counter doing some cooking. "I am here today to do some test tasting of your food." she would say, greeting the man. Likely, he didn't even know she had been the same ninja from before.

He pointed with his cooking utensils to a seat just across the counter where even Rei could see what was being cooked, and how it was being cooked. Rei followed his instruction and sat at the table, waiting patiently. "Today, my lovely daughter will be doing the cooking. I think her food is great, but she doesn't trust her dad for an honest opinion. Instead, she wanted to treat one of our village's shinobi and have them taste her food." he would say, explaining while calling upstairs to let Yuki know that her guest had arrived.

Yuki would come down the steps, dressed in a white cooking attire and her long blonde hair tied up into a bun. Unlike last week, today her green eyes were lively and passionate. Rei could tell that something about her had changed within the last week. "Hello Hyuga princess! Uh.. Today I'll be cooking for you. Please tell me what you think of my cooking." Yuki would say in greeting. Yuki was truly surprised that she would be cooking for the heiress of the hyuga clan, but it was also a good opportunity. She started her cooking, a p[End]]lanned three course breakfast meal. She started off with the eggs, lightly cooked and seasoned. Next, she made a small stack of crepes with whip cream. And lastly some bacon with a glass of milk.

Rei watched silently, her stomach truly grumbling with hunger from the lovely smell emanating from across the counter. By the time it was done and Yuki brought it over in a silver platter, Rei was famished. She had purposefully skipped breakfast for this mission. She thanked Yuki for the food and slowly started eating, to be modest of course. She started with the eggs, ell seasoned and fluffy. She knew that they were fluffy because Yuki had mixed the eggs with milk before making them. They were delicious, just as the crepes and whip cream were. Very filling and agreeable to her tongue. She finally finished off the meal with the thin slices of bacon and the cold glass of orange juice. After she finished, she wiped her mouth clean with a napkin before giving Yuki and Mr. Egg her opinion. "I've been here before. I must say that Yuki's cooking is better than her father's cooking." There was mixed feelings about that statement from both father and daughter, but they could agree that the ninja had praised Yuki's cooking quite well. That was all that mattered. Rei thanked them for the meal and left, with a full satisfied tummy.
