Meeting the Kage, Joining a Village?! [Private, Hideo]

Kirito had made his way to the Mizukage tower after he got a room at the local hotel and got a bit of food. He realized that he felt at home here, the very air resonated with his soul. He decided, after consulting with Isobu, that he would talk to the Mizukage about making this his home. He had just made it into the tower and had told the receptionist why he was there. She seemed a bit off but he didn't pay it much mind. He knew of the reputation that this village had, but he was confident that he could jold his own long enough to escape if need be.

Looking at the doors to the Mizukage's office he would sit in the waiting area until he was called inside. He would then come in, and sit or stand where directed before introducing himself and stating his purpose, the last thing he wanted to do was waste the Mizukage's time.

"Mizukage-sama, my name is Kirito Samejima. I have come before you today to request allowance to join your village as a shinobi. While I have no firmal training in the Shinibi arts, I believe I can hold my own against at least most of the beginner ninja you have. But, I am willing to start from the lowest level if that is what it takes. I am also prepared to complete any task to prove my loyalty and good wishes to the Hidden Mist Village." With that said, he would wait silently for the Mizukage to reply.

It was a rather warm day for the Hidden Mist, compared to other days anyway. It would still probably be considered cold and unpleasant for a lot of other villages but here it was quite warm compared to other lands. The Third Mizukage was at her desk and doing some work, her regular bandages seen sprawled on the ground with her pick robe a little to the left of the pile. She wasn't expecting anything to happen today and so it was her surprise when Kirito would be escorted in by an assistant that clearly hadn't thought and mistaken for him being a guest and had an appointment and so the Mizukage would be hunched over the desk doing her paper work while naked.

She shot up as the young woman lead Kirito into her office and she seemed a little startled before using the transformation technique to "put back on her bandages" although by that time he would've got a good view of her chest and features, she was embarrassed and irritated at this woman. She had gone so long that people had forgotten features of her, the amount of people that could pick her when she didn't dress in her bandaged attire was so few and now it was plus one.

"YOU GET OUT! You stay... what do you want?"

Under the bandages she was blushing and she looked at Kirito directly, trying to maintain her composure but she knew this visage wouldn't have the same effect as it does on most since he knew there was the woman underneath, it didn't mean she would strip again though for him.

"You want to join this village? Uhhh... That's not something I often hear. You want to... nevermind, well... then. You can prove your loyalty through a mission and then I'm going to place you in the Academy if you pass but how about you explain why you want to join? Tell me about yourself and don't lie.. or I'll kill you right here and no one will even know you were in Kirigakure."

She was a little lost for words considering he was actually asking to join the "Bloody Mist Village".

What he just witnessed was something he would surely never forget all the days of his life. The Mizukage, behind her dest in all her ... *Ahem*... glory.  A dusting of pink remained on his cheeks even after the Mizukage clothed herself. He listened to all she had to say before he decided to open up to her some. "I was born somewhere in the Land of Earth where I was cursed with a burden that I was never meant to bear. It was then that Iwagakure betrayed my family and we were forced to run and immigrate to the Land of Iron. I was the only member of the group travelling that survived the journey. I was then raised in the Land of Iron until around six months ago when I was excommunicated and banished for the practice of ninjutsu and holding within me a Bijuu. I have since been travelling the world looking for a place to call home and from the moment I entered the Land of Water, I have felt a sense of belonging that I lacked in any other village."

He was more open with this woman than he had been with anyone else that he had met in his travels and this was an odd feeling to him. He looked to her and after hearing what she might have to reply to him, he would ask, "What is this mission you spoke of? What exactly will you have me do?" He asked only to know, not that her answer mattered or could dissuade him from joining the village.

Illya sighed as she dispelled her transformation technique and basically flicked her hand indicating for Kirito to turn around with a sharp glare, she snuck over to a small draw and pulled out some regular clothes which were not like her normal attire. She slipped herself into underwear and a top before sitting back down which would make her appear somewhat dressed in pjs. She really didnt like wearing her bandages in this space which was her private place.

"I suppose there's no point to that attire anymore... you know my face, but don't even let people know my features boy as the mission I would appreciate it if you could, enact some revenge on the Iwa for both of us. There's a young man in the village, he's Reigetsu Hyuga's Advisor and isn't very strong but very valuable to her village. I want you to kill him, down stairs there is someone you can get the info off, do it and I'll have you introduced into the academy to learn our ways before possibly promoting you to the rank of Chuunin and skipping Genin"

Illya was a little interested at his comment though following being a bijuu, she had never met one and she knew that having a bijuu and even more so a loyal jinchuriki would be beneficial to them all. Perhaps if he did very good she could even have history forged so people could think he has always inhabited the Land of Water so he might avoid the cruel underbelly of the village's nature towards outsiders.

Listening to what she said, he would turn around to give her privacy while she changed. He would turn around when she said it was okay and listen to her explain the mission. It was vengeance, he knew how the mist felt about Iwa, so it was not much of a surprise. He would nod and stand from his seat, "Thank you for this opportunity, Lady Mizukage. I will not let you nor Kirigakure down!" With that, he was off to find the man with information about this mission. While he wasn't keen on killing like this, he knew he needed to do it in order to prove that he was loyal and was prepared to give this loyalty to the Village Hidden in the Mist.  With those thoughts, he exited the room.
