Time for a Rank Up [P/Kos]

It was a quiet day in Konoha, as Makoto was making his way to the Hokage hut. It was about ranking up, although he had spent time and effort in being an ninja in Konoha he was still a genin which prevented him from doing missions, rather higher ranked ones and not only that he was about as strong as any ninja in Konoha not to mention soon to be Senju’s head clan member even though the clan was extremely spaced out. Kosuke was the Hokage, and although Makoto didn’t know him he knew a lot about him. He was an Uchiha with no eyes, it made no sense to Makoto but he didn’t care he knew he could protect the village as well as anybody. He would look at the door as he put on a light knock on the front of it. It was showtime. Hoping the Hokage would crown him up to a Jounin or ask him to join the Anbu, that’s where his skill was at or at the least become a Chunin.

Kosuke heard the knock on the door, looking up from his paperwork he let out a simple command. "Enter." It left no room for argument or backing out. When the boy came in Kosuke recognized him on the spot, he made sure to keep tabs on those who would make good fit into ANBU, and this boy was most certainly gaining strength at a good pace. "So, Senju-kun, I am assuming you have come to ask about a promotion? Before you ask, I have been watching you. I have seen your progress and obvious skill, So, I am going to give you a mission to test you, should you pass, your reward will be great." It was then that the blind kage placed a scroll on the table.

Mission Scroll:

Assuming the boy takes and reads the scroll, Kosuke would ask, "Was my assumption correct, Makoto-kun?" He was almost positive that it was, but one could never be absolutely sure these days. He swore, if this was just another boy here to try to gain his blessing to marry Kazue, he would kill him on the spot. He was tired of that question, dammit!
