Name: Clone Technique Rank: E-rank Type: Ninjutsu Element: None Range: Clone can travel up to 10m from user Handseals: Ram → Snake → Tiger Speed: Clones move at same speed as user Description: A ninjutsu that creates an intangible copy of one's own body, without any substance. Since the clone itself doesn't have the ability to attack, and thus can only be used to confuse the enemy, it is mainly used in combination with other ninjutsu. It's a basic technique, but depending on one's ingenuity, it can be used effectively. The clones may not dissipate when they come into contact with something. These clones can be easily distinguished by persons with dōjutsu. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones do not have shadows and will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (i.e. won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).
Name: Transformation Technique Rank: E-rank Type: Ninjutsu Element: None Range: Close Handseals: Dog → Boar → Ram Description: Given all the missions ninja are assigned to - battle, intelligence gathering, diversions - this is a priceless ninjutsu. It is typically used to change into people other than oneself, but one also has the ability to change into animals, plants, and even inanimate objects like weapons. This gives this technique an abundance of uses. The transformation of a skilled shinobi will be exactly like the genuine article, so it will be impossible to tell the two apart. On the other hand, a transformation performed by an inexperienced person will have obvious discrepancies. It will be impossible to deceive anyone with it. This is one of the most basic ninjutsu, as such most shinobi know how to perform it. The transformation technique is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts mental strain on an inexperienced ninja. Thus the best way to determine if it is indeed a transformation is to cause this strain upon the user; though this is of course not always successful.
Name: Tree Climbing Practice Rank: E-rank Type: Ninjutsu Element: None Range: Close Description: Tree Climbing Practice is a training method used to gain more skills with chakra control. This training involves focusing a fixed amount of chakra to the bottom of one's feet, and using that to climb a tree without using one's hands. If the stream of chakra is too weak, the user will lose their footing on the tree and fall off. If it is too strong, the user will be pushed away from the tree, causing the tree to break around the point of contact and the user will fall.
Name: Water Surface Walking Practice Rank: E-rank Type: Ninjutsu Element: None Range: Close Description: This training method is used to gain better chakra control. To do this, the user has to be emitting a constant stream of chakra from the bottom of their feet and using the repellent force to walk across the water's surface. This technique is more difficult to master than the Tree Climbing Practice, because the amount of chakra that needs to be emitted changes constantly. It has also been shown that one can use their chakra to "skate" across the water surface, like an ice skater, instead of just walking or running. It is noted, that shinobi reach a state where they stand on water without even noticing it or basically even trying.

Name: Body Flicker Technique Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/a Range: - Handseals: Ram Speed: Boosts user's Speed by 30 Description: The Body Flicker Technique is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination. (May not initiate an attack until the next post. This applies to all techniques akin to this jutsu.)
Name: Kai ~ Release Rank: D-S Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Range: Close Description: Kai is a Ninjutsu which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the effect of the spell. Once can only escape the effects of a Genjutsu they have the perception to get out of. They must then pay an equal chakra cost to whatever Genjutsu they are escaping from. This is purchased as a D-rank jutsu.

Name:Ancient Rune Generation Rank:C Type:Fuuinjutsu Element:- Range:Self Description: The user pours his chakra into fuuinjutsu patterns which are written in a sort of bizarre archaic kanji form. These appear as images around him, if the user so chooses, though these images are insubstantial and cosmetic only. If the user does so, the next Fuuinjutsu technique he casts ignores 10 durability if offensive. This increases to 20 if the fuuinjutsu technique has "Ruruk Soun" in its name. Name: Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire Release Range: Short-range Description: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire and expelled from the mouth either as a massive orb of roaring flame or as a continuous flame-thrower. The scope of the attack is altered by controlling the volume of chakra that is mustered. The released flames will engulf their target, and leave a crater in the ground's surface.
The Uchiha clan uses this technique as a "coming of age" rite, and as such, is a common and favoured technique amongst them. Requirements: User must have Fire Release.

Name: Summoning: Rashomon Rank: B Type: Space-Time Ninjutsu Element: N/A Range: Short-range Description: Shut tightly, this menacing gate when summoned provides a tremendous defence for its summoner and is able to completely intercept an opponent's physical attack. With enough mastery over this technique, the user can use it or its stronger variations without the need for hand seals. Masters in Space-Time Ninjutsu are able to make this gate also possess offensive capabilities, with launchers installed in the roof-tiles, which fires a great swarm of blades via a chain mechanism, and the launchers can rotate in angle. However, launching too many of them near is base will cripple its foundation and the gate will collapse. Requirements: N/A
Name: Lightning Release: False Darkness Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Lightning Range: 40m Description: The user emits lightning in the shape of a spear from its mouth, which then pierces the enemy. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This technique is capable of being focused into a straight beam, similar to a laser.
Name: Shadow Clone Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Range: Can be anywhere in the same country as user Handseals: Clone seal Speed: Clone moves at same speed as user Description: Similar to the basic clone technique, this technique creates copies of the user. However, these clones are corporeal instead of illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after hit by a strong enough force. The clones can also disperse on their own or be dispelled by the user of the technique. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the original with Sharingan, Byakugan, or Rinnegan. Shadow clones also seem to be able to think for themselves and feel the original's pain to some extent.

Name: Water Release: Water Fang Bullet Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Water Release Range: Short-range Description: A technique that deals physical damage to the enemy with a liquid mass brought forth from underwater. Its power to kill and maim is augmented by adding a spinning motion to the compactly pressured water. During fights on water, taking advantage of its characteristic ability to attack from anywhere in a 360 degrees radius, in conjunction with other techniques for distraction, confusion and so forth, this technique has an extensive array of applications. Requirements: User must have Water Release
Name: Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element:Water Release Range: Short to Mid range Description: The user spits out a great volume of water from their mouth, swallowing up and crushing the enemy with the advancing surge. The user can ride the wave, allowing them to move at high speed, and attack the enemy, now swept off their feet, without fear of counter-attacks. Afterwards, the excess water can be used for additional Water Release techniques. Requirements: User must have Water Release.

Name: Summoning: Lightning Flash Blade Creation Rank: B Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Range: Short Description: This is a special "ninja tool summon" that allows the user to seal ninja tools like swords or kunai into a scroll or their clothes beforehand, allowing them to be called upon when needed. The ninja tools can be summoned in an instant just by touching the sealing "marks" which can be drawn anywhere. The greatest advantage of this technique is that the time between taking out a ninja tool, taking the right stance and actually throwing it is greatly reduced. Also when a weapon such as a fūma shuriken is summoned, the time needed to throw it can be further shortened by having prepared the weapon in its fully extended form beforehand.
The ninja tools are thrown with the actual speed of a "flash of lightning", ruining the opponent's outset of the battle, and snatching away the initiative. Furthermore, because the summoned ninja tools can remain hidden until right before they are used, if this technique is mastered, there are an exceptional number of possible tactics. A large number of ninja tools can be stored within the sealing marks, which can make the efficiency of this technique last longer. Requirements: User must have an amount of items sealed in these seals.
Name: Earth Release: Earth-Style Wall Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Release Range: Short-range Description: The user creates a solid wall of earth as a form of defence. Chakra is either converted to earth within the body and then spat out to form the wall or the user can manipulate pre-existing earth to form the wall. The earth then instantly rises up and takes form. The barrier itself is also coated with chakra, making its strength incomparable to that of a normal mud wall. Because of the earth's special characteristics, the wall is highly resistant against, for instance, fire and water. Also, for an Kage-class shinobi it is possible to create a vast volume of earth. Requirements: User must have Earth Release.
Name: Dead Soul Technique Rank: B Type: Medical Ninjutsu Element: N/A Range: Short to Mid-range Description: Using this technique, a user can temporarily reanimate a corpse, creating the illusion of a living person, and manoeuvre it at will with chakra. This is achieved by causing the heart to beat once more. The reanimated corpse can serve as either a short-time ally or an effective decoy. The said corpse can also use techniques they once possessed. The traces of surgery can also be erased with chakra, because of which there's no difference, at first glance, with a live person. A user can add plastic surgery to this, altering the corpse's face, and can even go as far as erasing its bodily odour, so that the smell doesn't give them away, thus creating an effective body double for or trap. Name: Delicate Illness Extraction Technique Rank: B Type: Medical Ninjutsu Element: N/A Range: Short-range Description: When a person has been afflicted by a pathogen or toxin, this medical ninjutsu can be used to draw out the agent and heal the damage. The cause of the illness is first determined by perceiving disturbances in the patient's chakra. Then, using a chakra scalpel, an incision is made near the affected part. Using their chakra, the medical-nin pushes a large volume of a medicinal fluid through the incision. The fluid then draws the poison out of the affected part(s) and serves as a medium through which the poison is suspended and then forced out of the person's body. This technique thus removes the poison, while simultaneously repairing the damage caused by the poison. The process is then repeated until most of the toxin is removed from the patient's body. The process itself is extremely painful and requires the subject be restrained in order for the process to work. As such, it is considered a rather crude method to deal with pathogens and toxins, and only used in emergency. This technique only draws out most of the poison, not all of it, so the subject can potentially still be in danger, albeit not immediate. To fully treat the subject, an antidote is needed. After the agent is drawn out, it can be used to create an antidote or medicine after it has been analysed. This can then be given to the patient to ensure a complete recovery. This technique requires the utmost care and ability in diagnosis, incising and unmatched chakra control. Therefore, it is considered an extremely difficult technique, even among medical ninjutsu. Name: Poison Mist Rank: B Type: Medical Ninjutsu Element: N/A Range: Short to Mid-range [Can be extended to Long-range if Wind Release is used.] Description: Chakra is kneaded within the body and then changed into special chemical substances which is then ejected through the mouth. When this substance comes in contact with the air outside the body, it instantly changes and is transformed into a mist of deadly poison. The poison's ability to paralyse is tremendous, as even just breathing in a small amount will mean that a target loses the ability to use their body although it doesn't take away the pain factor. As this technique combines ninjutsu, chemistry, and medical knowledge, using it requires fine chakra control and advanced ability in medical ninjutsu. Requirements: N/A

Name: Evil Sealing Method Rank: A Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Range: Short Description: This technique is used to suppress technique-induced marks on a person. Marks of weaker power can be completely suppressed by this technique alone, but for marks of higher power, like the Cursed Seal of Heaven, it will cause the seal's power to become dependent on the recipient's own willpower to some extent, especially if the sealer is not experienced enough to strengthen the seal with his own power. It is also capable of holding back certain kekkei genkai, such as that of the Kurama clan. This seal requires a high number of hand seals to be performed and consumes large amount of chakra from the user. Preparation for this technique requires two concentric circles with kunai placed in intervals along the circumference, in addition to a number of characters written in blood that radiate out from the centre of the cursed seal. Name: Five Elements Seal Rank: A Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Range: Short Description: Once the seal is completed, the target will become unconscious and unable to fight for a short time.This makes it hard for Jinchuriki to use their Bijuu as well as normal people have trouble with manipulating their chakra. This is because an odd-numbered seal creates an imbalance when placed on top of an even-numbered seal. Requirements: N/A

Name: Four Red Yang Formation Rank: A Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Range: Long-range Description: A powerful barrier formation noted to only be usable by those of Kage calibre, whereby four shinobi, standing in a square formation, erect a large barrier that is red in colour. It was stated to be several times stronger than the Four Violet Flames Formation, and is highly malleable. Its users can create openings within the barrier to allow passage. This barrier is apparently very chakra-taxing since at least two of its users are limited in the usage of other techniques, such as clone techniques, while maintaining the barrier at the same time. Requirements: Requires 2-4 Kage-level Ninja.
Name:Magen: Mukou Rank:A Type:Genjutsu (visual) Element:- Range:Medium Description: While using Ruruk Soun: Arrow, the user can cast this on a target within range. As long as the target can see the light from Ruruk Soun: Arrow's lightning chakra, the victim is caught within the genjutsu, which unless they break out of it, decreases their speed by half on the first post, and completely paralyzes them on the second. Name: Sealing Technique: Lion Closing Roar Rank: A Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Range: Short-range Description: This sealing technique completely blocks the target's chakra with a sealing formula (封印式, fūin-shiki) drawn on the ground or a wall. This is done by closing all the tenketsu of the person caught in the middle. When the target is sealed, a stylised kanji for "close" or "shut" (閉, hei) appears in the middle of the sealing formula. To successfully seal the target, one has to get them exactly inside the sealing formula. This requires great accuracy and is very difficult. Various methods can be used to make this easier. For instance, one can prepare a puppet or a ninja tool like the Lion-Headed Kannon with this sealing formula. Requirements:
Name: Bringer-of-Darkness Technique Rank: A Type: Genjutsu [Sight] Element: Yin Release Range: Eyesight Description: This technique exerts a hallucinatory effect upon the eyesight, effectively blinding the opponent. No matter how skilled an opponent may be, they are forced to wait helpless in this world of darkness, as this technique allows the user to attack unseen. Although it negates sight, it does not stop the other senses. Requirements: N/A
Name: Temple of Nirvana Technique Rank: A Type: Genjutsu Element: Yin Release Range: All ranges Description: It is a powerful genjutsu that generates a fluttering rain of sleep-inducing, illusory white feathers. Whomever sees them as they fall, piling up and covering the whole target area, will experience Eden-like bliss and fall into a state of tranquil slumber. No matter how much one resists the hypnotic spell, the desire to sleep is instinctive, and there's no fighting it. However, an experienced shinobi will be able to dispel the genjutsu before it takes effect. Requirements: N/A
Name: Yin Healing Wound Destruction Rank: A Type: Medical Ninjutsu Element: N/A Range: Short Description: A medical ninjutsu where one anticipates the spot the enemy will attack and pre-emptively applies medical treatment to it, reducing damage to a minimum. The user concentrates chakra to that area and begins the cell recreation process even before the targeted area becomes damaged. Using opponent's facial expression and movements, the technique's speed and power, the user analyses everything in an instant and accurately deduces where the attack will land. Even more than accurately predicting the attack or instantly gauging the situation, a great resilience is necessary. The technique will continue to heal damage until the user runs out of chakra, leaving the possibility that the damage will not be completely mended when the technique ends. Requirements: N/A
Name: Kumo no Kekkai Rank:A Type:Ninjutsu Element:- Range:Medium Description: The user creates a visible translucent barrier up to 5 x 5 meters within the range. Cannot be created inside other objects. The purpose of the barrier, of course, is to block attacks. The user can infuse the barrier with any element he has in order to provide it strengths against specific attacks, although weaknesses apply as well. Requirements: Be Kozai/learn from him
Name: Clone Great Explosion Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Range: Explosion covers a 10m blast radius Handseals: Clone Seal Speed: Explosion moves at Speed of 80. Description: The technique creates a clone that looks like a normal shadow clone, which allows the user to get it close to the target without them expecting anything besides a normal attack, or the target might even close in willingly to try to attack the clone. Using multiple tricks and diversionary tactics to disguise the nature of the clone can make this technique more likely to be effective. The clone can be detonated when the wielder wishes it.
Name: Body Pathway Derangement Rank: A Type: Medical Ninjutsu Element: Lightning Release Range: Short-range Description: An extremely high-level technique, used as a medical ninjutsu. The human body is controlled with electrical signals from the brain, but a person who had those electrical signals cut off with this technique will become unable to make their body move as they want. By transforming the chakra within one's body and giving it the properties of electricity, one creates an electric field. As soon as a strike of the hand lands, electricity is poured into the enemy's nervous system, severing the signals and deranging their body control. The target's body moves in any way, except how they want it to move for two posts. For the common shinobi, battle, not to mention even just walking, will become impossible. The victim can partially overcome the technique if they manage to relearn the connection between their brain and their limbs. Requirements: N/A
Name: Wind Release: Blade of Wind Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Wind Range: 50m Description: This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materialises it into an near invisible weapon that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind. If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of wind kunai, then this technique is akin to an unavoidable longsword which can leave the target's body mutilated. Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession. Requirements:
Name: Lightning Release: Paralyzing Shock Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Lightning Range: Close Description: The user surrounds there hands in a sound concentrated layer of lightning and upon touching a target of their choice the user shocks release the lightning from their hands shocking the target immensely. If the users strength is higher than the targets durability this technique is capable of paralyzing the target for single post. Requirements: Master in Ninjutsu
Name: Lightning Release: Godspeed First Drive Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Lightning Range: Self Description: The user spreads an energizing bolt of chakra through there body allowing them to move at a boosted speed for for a breif amount of time. (+50 Speed) This heighted state of speed lasts for 3 posts and after the user will have their speed decreased by half of the amount it was increased (-25 Speed) for 3 posts as well. Name: Lightning Release: Lariat Rank: A Type: Taijutsu/Ninjutsu Element: Lariat Range: Close Description: This technique is a powerful taijutsu technique whereby the user charges at their opponent, striking them with a Lariat move, which can be coated in lightning chakra. A successful strike can blow away a target's entire chest with a direct hit if the users strength is 30 or higher that the targets durability. The attack is rather straightforward, but very quick, powerful and is easily capable of knocking down an opponent. When this technique is cloaked in lightning release chakra its force will be enough stun a target for a single post if they manage to survive.

Name: Lightning Release: Shock Zone Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Lightning Range: 20 Meters Description: The user covers the ground around them in a highly conentrated layer of lightning chakra in the shape of a circle zone. Anyone who enters this zone will be shocked with great force which is greatly capable of restricting their movement speeds by a great amount for 2 posts. (-30 Speed) If the targets durability is less than half the users strength state the target will be paralzyed instead for a single post. Requirements: Master in Ninjutsu

However, the user can't attack while moving with this technique unless their perception is equal to their speed with this skill since, otherwise, they won't have enough reaction speed to even properly aim their attack.
Because of the nature of this technique, users often end up using all four limbs to stop their movements faster between uses. Additionally, the jolts of electricity boost the user's metabolism, which can result in sweating, fatigue, and an increase in body heat. Name: Lightning Release: Shadow Clone Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Lightning Range: (Same Country as User) Description: This technique allows the user to make a shadow clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform techniques and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance; and also evenly distributes the user's chakra to each clone. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time electrocuting whatever it is touching. Requirements: Must know the Shadow Clone Jutsu.
Name: Fire Release: Hiding in Ash and Dust Technique Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire Release Range: All ranges Description: The user expels chakra-infused ash that blanket a wide area, burning anyone who comes in contact with it. The technique can also be used as a powerful deterrent from attacks as well as a highly effective smokescreen. This technique is a far more effective substitute for smoke bombs since the user doesn't need their hands to be free nor does this technique require hand seals. Name: Corrosion Rank: A Type: Medical/Ninjutsu Element: - Range: Touch/cannot spread farther than 40 m from the starting point Description: The user makes contact with a an object and rapidly begins to decay and dissolve the matter it’s made of (user is immune). Only works on solid/liquid forms of matter, but is highly reactive to non-solid/liquid jutsu, and especially living beings. The corrosion begins from a point and spreads outwards at 80 speed, allowing the victim time to resist, throw up a defense, or remove the corroding material. The corrosion spreads from one object to another until/unless the user stops it or designates material that it should avoid. Corrosion takes on a dark purple or dark brown appearance. The corrosion math goes as such: First, the corrosion decreases the durability of whatever it’s affecting by 70. Then, if it has any tier of advantage against the material, it begins to destroy that material, eating away at it at a rate of 7-X posts, where X is the tier of advantage (power vs durability) that the corrosion has. Name: Hiraishin (Flying Rajin/Flying Thunder God) Rank: C-S Type: Fuinjutsu Element: None Range: All Handseals: None Speed: Instant Description: The user is able to freely travel through space to any location of their knowledge where a Hiraishin seal is located. This jutsu also gives the user the ability to place a Hiraishin seal on any surface that will accept a seal for a C ranked amount of chakra. This seal is placed as fast as the users hand can make contact with the surface. This seal cannot be physically removed and must be done with a seal removal technique. This jutsu can be used in conjunction with Flying Thunder God Kunai to extend the reach and zone of the users teleportation in battle. When using this technique in or outside of battle that is not utilizing a branching technique of Hiraishin one must pay an additional amount if chakra to travel both close and vast distances to where ever the Hirashin Seal is placed.

It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control, and because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique. Highly-skilled users (S) have the ability to use it a short distance away from the target instead of through direct contact (0m - 10m). Naturally, it's very draining on the body. 140 chakra to activate, S-rank chakra per post thereafter, with an additional 10 if the user regenerated any tissue within a post. While using this technique, anything that would decrease the user's stats has its magnitude reduced by 30. If such decreases are self-inflicted, the magnitude is reduced by 50. By using certain hand gestures, they're capable of simultaneously applying pressure and heat inside the sphere to generate an explosion. The target will be left burned and crushed. Requirements: User must have Fire Release.
Name: Fire Release: Great Flame Flower Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire Release Range: Long-range Description: Kneading their chakra and then converting it to fire, the user creates a multitude of fireballs at the same time which then rain down on the target causing severe, widespread damage around the field. These fireballs can easily destroy Earth Release-created shelters and even overpower Water Release attacks. Name: Kirin Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Raiton Range: 10-100m Handseals: None Speed: Near Instant Description: Using natural lightning, the user causes a thunderbolt to rain down from the clouds above and strike an opponent. This moves at 1/1000th of a second and is near impossible to dodge without prior knowledge of the attack.
In order to use this jutsu, the user must form storm clouds above. Cloud formations can be caused by two Katon jutsu of A rank or higher being shot into the air. Clouds will be formed two posts after this is done. After using this jutsu the storm clouds will disperse.

For the next 5 posts, the user can choose to consume the seal, firing a 7 meter wide beam originating from his hand, extending up to 100 meters unidirectionally. The beam can persist as long as the user maintains it, allowing him to essentially sweep the surrounding area with it. The user then propels himself at twice his speed (of course, at normal jutsu power) in whatever direction he desires. The user can weave, spin, turn and change direction as he pleases while in this state. Naturally, he can't cast any jutsu that require motion. Name:Jinsei Kyuuzou: Life Rebellion Rank:S Type:Medical Element:- Range:Self Description:The user rapidly converts energy around him, whether chemical, physical, or otherwise into chakra. This jutsu costs no chakra to use, but requires that the user not perform any jutsu during the channeling process, which involves the user standing still while performing a ram handseal. While doing so, the user regains twice the amount that he would normally recover via stamina. The special thing about this technique, is that while normal chakra can be converted to senjutsu chakra, this allows for the reverse, even while not channeling. At any time (given that the user is Expert or above in Senjutsu) the user may expend any amount of senjutsu chakra to regain half of that amount in normal chakra. Name: Stainless Steel Sand (rework) Rank:C/B/A/S Type:Ninjutsu Element:Steel/Magnet Range:100 m Description: The user can create, coalesce, disperse and control large amounts of steel particles from and by his chakra, similar to iron sand, but with a much more durable and lethal material. Sand, of course, moves at jutsu speed and power, unless the user is controlling it at S-rank, in which case in each post, the user can choose to either double the speed or the power of the sand he currently controls, but not both. Steel is stored personally or created directly, and can thus be modified/soaked with poison/etc. outside of combat to prepare it for encounters. If the user has GM in medical, he can have his chakra form into any poison he knows within the sand remotely. If the user has GM in fuuin, he can have the steel sand apply fuuin/juuin he knows. Being a magnet release jutsu, the sand still interferes with puppet function. If the sand enters the internals of a puppet, it will cease to function until the sand is removed. Being steel sand rather than iron sand, any magnet release jutsu derived from this sand gains 20 speed and power. The most terrifying portion of steel sand, however, is that being that it’s an alloy already firmly under the user’s control, it’s highly resistant to the chakra of other people. Chakra-based effects/attacks on the Stainless Steel Sand lose 90 in power.

Name: Life Cutting [sub-limited] Rank:S Type:Medical Element:- Range:Contact Description: The user makes physical contact with a target, and (regardless of whether the user has Body Revival active or not) begins to exert control over that target's tissues. As such, the user can now directly attack their tissues or heal them as they please. The user can cause harm to any of the victim's tissues, causing the cells to die off, or causing cells to multiply rapidly, creating crippling advanced chakra-infused tumors that cause damage as well. This operates off of jutsu power. At the same time, the user can heal tissue as well, restoring damaged and removed tissue as per Body Revival, but on another target. Name:Revival Sword (rework) Rank:S Type:Medical Element:- Range:Self Description: The user covers his body with a dark blue chakra cloak, which does not enhance the user's stats. However, it does act with its jutsu power as a defensive barrier. Whenever a jutsu or chakra-based attack comes into contact with the barrier, the cloak adapts. From that point onward, any additional chakra-based attacks from that specific chakra attack have their rank decreased by 30. This can stack up to three times, and resets upon the jutsu ending. The user can turn the aura around his hands sharp, acting as impromptu blades (cutting power of jutsu power, of course). Damage done with these blades cannot be healed by medical jutsu of lower than S rank. Requirements: Be Kozai/learn from him
Name: Magen: Zetsuboshi Rank: S Type: Genjutsu (sight)/Medical Element: Range: 100 meters Description: The user selects any number of targets within the area and releases a bright flash of light, within which is encoded the stimulus for a genjutsu. While this light doesn’t blind (though looking into it will obscure anyone but the user’s vision), if any of the selected targets within the area perceives the light, the genjutsu will take hold on them. The genjutsu portion only lasts for two posts, and serves to trick the opponents’ brains into believing that a specific chemical needs to be produced for the continued survival of the body. Assisted by Kozai’s medical chakra, the victim’s hypothalamus proceeds to encode for and produce the given chemical. The medical portion continues for six posts afterwards, pumping a deadly poison into the victim’s body from the victim’s own endocrine glands. The specs for the base poison, however it is applied, are as follows: Lasts for six posts upon inoculation (as stated above) The base poison of this jutsu lowers the victim’s durability by 90 and causes them to lose 30 chakra per post as well until the poison disappears. If the power of the jutsu/poison (100) ever gains at least a T4 advantage against the victim’s durability, the victim’s chakra loss per post becomes 80 rather than 30. If the power of the jutsu/poison ever gains a T5 advantage against the victim’s durability, the victim becomes paralyzed, unconscious, and unable to maintain jutsu. If the power of the jutsu/poison ever gains a T6 advantage against the victim’s durability, the victim dies. The user can also cause the genjutsu to encode for any other poison(s) he has a knowledge of as well, up to a cap of two TOTAL poisons (since the user can choose to omit the base poison). From that point onward until the end of the topic/until the victim leaves range (although re-entering range will activate it again)/until the seal is removed, the seal will drain chakra and nutrients from the victim. While the seal is upon the victim, the victim’s life force can be sensed with precision by the user within a 100 meter radius. Every post, the victim loses 100 chakra. While the juuinjutsu remains on the victim, the user can choose to pay a cost equal to the initial casting cost each post. Name: Rave Bubble Rank:S Type:Medical Element:- Range: 100 m radius Description: The user creates an enormous sphere centered at some point 100 m from him, which has 100 m in radius. The sphere is visible as a large, ecstatic purple bubble of hype. However, within it lies anything but hype. Any target (user is immune) within the radius is treated to a poison effect as the chakra takes the form of a base poison + one other poison the user knows that he cares to add into the Rave (costs 60 extra chakra to add the poison). Rave base poison: While within the bubble, and for 3 posts after leaving the bubble (refreshed if re-entered), the victim loses 90 perception. The power of the poison is the same as the jutsu (base of 100). If the poison has a: T4 advantage against the victim, the victim goes blind T5 advantage against the victim, the victim is no longer able to sense chakra T6 advantage against the victim, the victim becomes comatose These effects last until the poison effect ends. Name: Water Style: Advancing Plague Rank: S Type: Medical/Ninjutsu Element:- Range:100 m radius Description: The user expels a large portion of poisoned water (to which the user is immune) , which floods outwards from his location as a rushing rampart of water 10 m high. When it’s done, it irrigates/floods the jutsu area until removed in some way. The water, however, is filled with a contact poison (although with GM in med, the user can pay 60 chakra to add one other poison he knows to the water). Whoever touches it loses 90 strength, and then: Lasts for three posts upon inoculation, refreshed if the victim makes contact with the water again. Victim loses 30 chakra per post. If the power of the jutsu/poison (100) ever gains at least a T4 advantage against the victim’s durability, the victim pays double chakra cost for every expenditure that he makes voluntarily. If the power of the jutsu/poison ever gains a T5 advantage against the victim’s durability, the victim becomes highly sensitive to other genjutsu, which gain an additional 45 power against him or her. Name: Poisoned Cure Rank:S Type: Medical Element: - Range: 100 m radius Description: For each target within the radius poisoned by Kozai’s jutsu/chakra, Kozai removes the poison/poison effect. However, as a cost, the jutsu uses some of the victim’s chakra to alleviate the poison on them. As such, half the cost of the jutsu is picked up, distributed equally among the targets. Kozai can use this jutsu on targets who are poisoned by other means, but he pays the full cost. Requirements: Be Kozai/learn from him
Name: Kanade: Symphonia Resonance (sublimited) Rank: S Type: Medical Element: - Range: 70 m Description: The user targets someone that was hit by the user’s chakra attack that had at least a T2 advantage against the victim within the last 3 posts. The user converts the residual chakra left in the wound (must be a wound to begin with) into medical chakra, then proceeds to assault the opponent’s body and chakra pathway with it. The user attempts to seize control of the opponent’s chakra, and use it destroy them or heal them from the inside out. The varying degree of damage done is dependent on the tier of advantage that the jutsu has over the victim’s health. However, for every tier of advantage that the original attack (see above) had over the victim, this jutsu gains an additional 15 power. Name: Finisher: Nine Lotus Seats (sublimited) Rank: S Type: Genjutsu (sight)/Medical Element: - Range: 70 m Description: The user emits a low-burning red light for three posts. Whoever looks at this light has one post to react to a genjutsu of 9 white-clothed, judge-like female figures seated around the victim before the genjutsu takes effect, stealing the victim’s sight entirely. And by “steal”, I really do mean “yoink! My sight, now”. Victim’s sight, while now inaccessible to them (further reinforced by Body Revival's destruction of sensory somatic cells temporarily), is now fully accessible and controllable by the user. Even if the victim cannot see a genjutsu trigger, if their sight is stolen, the user can introduce a genjutsu stimulus artificially into the stolen vision, and said genjutsu will take hold on the victim. After the genjutsu takes effect, it remains in effect for another 5 posts, during which the victim also loses 90 perception. Requirements: Be Kozai/learn from him
Name: Finisher: Kozai, Flawless Sealing Rank:S Type:Fuuinjutsu Element:- Range: Touch Description: The user makes contact with a target, and attempts to seal them away entirely for a duration. This work on bijuu the same way that Four Symbols/8 Trigrams does (https://nrnewbeginnings.rpg-board.net/t1394-four-symbols-eight-trigrams), but also on humans, to a more limited extent. Should the user make contact with a human victim, and should their durability be equal to or lower than that of the seal, the jutsu will seal them away into a giant pair of kanji floating impressively in the air… for only X posts (where X is the tier of advantage that the jutsu has), after which they are freed. (古材) Should the seal be broken early by some other method, the victim is freed. There are certain conditions, however, under which the seal becomes stronger. If the victim is poisoned, the seal gains 15 power. If the victim already has one of the user’s seals on them, the seal gains 15 power. If the victim’s base stats are increased by more than 200, the seal gains 15 power. If the victim’s possesses either the Steel or Magnet release, the seal gains 15 power. Name: Hiraishin Cutter (sublimited) Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu/Fuuinjutsu Element: - Range: Same as FTG Description: The user generates a large, light-red/blue scythe or sword, with durability/sharpness according to sublimited jutsu numbers (+10 to durability if in sword-form, +10 to power in scythe form, can swap between the two at jutsu speed). If this leaves the user’s hand, the user can disperse and re-form it in his hand with ease. However, the special part about this jutsu is that it can resonate with any of the user’s Hiraishin sealing marks. Anything that the blade portion cuts (has to actually be able to cut it, of course), the user can choose to teleport to one of his FTG seals, paying an additional cost equal to the normal cost to teleport to that seal. Name: Finisher: Zan Rank: S Type: Nin/Fuuin Element:- Range: 200 m (unidirectional) Description: While Hiraishin Cutter is active, the user swings the Cutter blade, and targets an FTG seal within range, teleporting the 50 m wide slash directly to the seal, attempting to cut all of the prescribed matter that the slash would have cut if it had travelled conventionally. Each object between the user and the endpoint takes the cut in relation to its tier of disadvantage vs. the power of the slash, which is directly inherited from the power of the edge of Hiraishin Cutter.
