Name: Water Release: Hiding in Water Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Element: Water Range: Self Description: The user blends in with water to be undetected by the enemy, similar to the Earth Release: Hiding in Rock Technique. It was shown that this technique is usable even in water as shallow as a puddle. While leaving concealment, water simply appeared on the floor and rose up, revealing the user. Name: Water Release: Hiding in Mist Technique Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Element: Water Release Range: Short to Mid range Description: This displacement technique is a speciality of the ninja from Kirigakure, where one causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth,then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the doujutsu. Name: Earth Release: Underground Projection Fish Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Release Range: Short Description: This technique is used for sneaking and striking silently, like a fish underwater, and then suddenly appearing to the ground's surface. Furthermore, it's even more efficient when employed in a crowded area that, if the target notices something, can be overrun by the nearby masses, or with distractions like a Clone Technique to draw the enemy's attention. Requirements: User must have Earth Release.
Name: Water Release: Starch Syrup Capturing Field Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Water Release Range: Short to Mid range Description: The user spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand. Requirements: User must have Water Release

Name: Earth Release Barrier: Earth Prison Dome of Magnificent Nothingness Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Release Range: Short to Mid-range Description: This technique traps the victims inside a self-repairing dome of earth which is almost instantaneously able to reform. The user is able to absorb the chakra of anyone trapped inside (-10 chakra from every individual). However, if the user's chakra is not evenly distributed throughout the dome then it has a weakness. Near the back, relative to the user, the dome weaker in that spot. Requirements: User must have Earth Release.
Name: Earth Release: Added-Weight Rock Technique Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Release Range: Short-range Description: A technique which enhances the targets gravity at the user's discretion. The enemy's mobility is diminished, as the person is crushed by gravity — and in some cases exhibit petrification-like symptoms and then begin to crumble. Using a desert region to their advantage, the user can easily bury the enemy alive by submerging them in sand. When this technique is applied to the user it decreases their speed, but the increased weight drastically improves their strength (-20 Speed, +40 Strength). This method makes it possible for even a weak person to land a devastating hit. Requirements: User must have Earth Release.
Name: Earth Release: Earth Mausoleum Dumpling Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Release Range: Short to Mid-range Description: With chakra work and superhuman strength, the user lifts up the very surface of the Earth. The lump of earth is gigantic, guaranteeing its destructive power. But even just the visual impact can be enough to make enemies lose their fighting spirits and run away. The ball of earth is then hurled at their opponent, flattening everything in its path. Requirements: User must have Earth Release.
Name: Earth Release: Earth Spear Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Release Range: Short Description: The user flows chakra through all parts of their body causing it to become noticeably darker, which increases their defensive power to its utmost limits by making the skin as hard as diamond, easily capable of withstanding most attacks with little to no damage. As a result the amount of techniques that can break through the areas hardened by the Earth Spear are close to zero, excluding its undeniable weak point: Lightning Release ninjutsu. Furthermore, the destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great all-purpose technique (+ 20 to Durability and Strength). Requirements: User must have Earth Release.
Name: Earth Release: Earth-Style Rampart Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Release Range: Short to Mid-range Description: This technique makes a gigantic rampart rise up beneath the user's feet, by shaping the ground and increasing the amount of earth with chakra. Depending on what the user imagines, the shape of the rampart can be anything from level ground to a steep, needle-like mountain. If the user increases the volume of earth too much, he can be forced to keep his chakra consumption down. Requirements: User must have Earth Release.
Name: Earth Release: Earth-Style Wall Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Release Range: Short-range Description: The user creates a solid wall of earth as a form of defence. Chakra is either converted to earth within the body and then spat out to form the wall or the user can manipulate pre-existing earth to form the wall. The earth then instantly rises up and takes form. The barrier itself is also coated with chakra, making its strength incomparable to that of a normal mud wall. Because of the earth's special characteristics, the wall is highly resistant against, for instance, fire and water. Also, for an Kage-class shinobi it is possible to create a vast volume of earth. Requirements: User must have Earth Release.
Name: Earth Release: Opening Earth Rising Excavation Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Release Range: All ranges Description: With this technique, the user can bring up on the surface something that is deep underground. The targets are launched in air with great strength and speed, the result of which has the appearance and nearly size of an erupting volcano. It can force a large number of soldiers hidden underground to resurface all at once. Alternatively a single user can perform a smaller scaled version which bring forth multiple earth pillars. Requirements: User must have Earth Release.
Name: Earth Release: Rock Lodging Destruction Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Release Range: All ranges Description: This technique causes a cave-in by destroying the equilibrium that holds the cave together. Just removing a single vital stone throws off the balance of the cave, making it unexpectedly fragile and causing a domino effect that destroys the entire cave. The shinobi from Iwagakure use this technique as part of their pride tactic, luring several enemies into a cave to kill them all at once. Requirements: User must have Earth Release.
Name: Jikukan: Replacement Technique Rank: B Type: Jikukan (Space/Time) Element: None Range: 0m - 30m Description: An enhanced version of the academy replacement technique, the user instead of simply using high speed movement to replace an item with themselves to dodge an attack, the user literally swaps the space of themselves and the object. So, the switch happens immediately, but does not require the user to actually move from their spot. This greatly enhances the usefulness and efficiency of the original technique. Requirements:

Name: Water Release: Rain Tiger at Will Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Water Release Range: Short to Long range Description: The user causes it to rain from clouds created by their chakra, this rain can be used for a variety of purposes, from sensing everything in the rains vicinity to even providing water for jutsu. Name: Water Release: Thousand Flying Water Needles of Death Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Water Release Range: Short to Mid range Description: Using this technique, the user gathers some water from the air and surrounding environment into one thousand long needles. They then direct them to a specific target at high speed, leaping backwards before impact so they doesn't get caught in the crossfire. While the needles do surround a target from all sides, they don't appear above the target, creating an escape route. The user is able to perform this jutsu with one-handed seals, allowing them to pin an opponent's arm and attack while they cannot use any techniques themselves. Requirements: User must have Water Release
Name: Water Release: Dustless Bewildering Cover Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Water Release Range: Self Description: The user erases their presence, causing them to have neither a physical form nor detectable chakra while the technique is active. They cannot be detected through traditional means. This technique utilises water vapour to bend the light around the user making use of Water Release to do so, enhancing its effects from the Hiding with Camouflage Technique. The user of this technique cannot attack in the same post they use this in. Requirements: User must have Water Release.
Name: Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element:Water Release Range: Short to Mid range Description: The user spits out a great volume of water from their mouth, swallowing up and crushing the enemy with the advancing surge. The user can ride the wave, allowing them to move at high speed, and attack the enemy, now swept off their feet, without fear of counter-attacks. Afterwards, the excess water can be used for additional Water Release techniques. Requirements: User must have Water Release.
Name: Water Release: Five Feeding Sharks Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Water Release Range: Short to Mid range Description: The user puts his hand on the surface of a body of water and from the tips of five fingers, chakra is released into the water, changing it into the form of five ferocious sharks. The sharks circle the target with high speed, creating a raging stream that takes away their prey's freedom of movement and their sharp teeth tear into the enemy with each consecutive attack Requirements: User must have Water Release
Name: Poison Mist Rank: B Type: Medical Ninjutsu Element: N/A Range: Short to Mid-range [Can be extended to Long-range if Wind Release is used.] Description: Chakra is kneaded within the body and then changed into special chemical substances which is then ejected through the mouth. When this substance comes in contact with the air outside the body, it instantly changes and is transformed into a mist of deadly poison. The poison's ability to paralyse is tremendous, as even just breathing in a small amount will mean that a target loses the ability to use their body although it doesn't take away the pain factor. As this technique combines ninjutsu, chemistry, and medical knowledge, using it requires fine chakra control and advanced ability in medical ninjutsu. Requirements: N/A
Name: Dance of the Shikigami Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Range: All-ranges Description: Using his ninjutsu skills, the user can turn his body and clothing into many sheets of paper. He can control and reshape even parts of his body with sheets at will, making such forms as weapons for attack, butterflies for spying, paper airplanes for quick transport, or simply covering his enemy in sheets of paper, restricting and asphyxiating them. He is also capable of hovering while in his paper form. With this technique, the user can cover large areas in short periods of time. This paper is seemingly expendable, including parts of his body converted to paper; and how much paper he can expend depends on his chakra reserve. He can also hide explosive tags amongst his papers to add a deadly surprise to his attacks. In this form, however, he is weak to oil-based techniques, which causes the paper to stick. He is however not weak against water to the same extent. This is shown as the user can use water to his advantage, soaking his paper body in water so that flames and heat would not burn him. It is maintained with an upkeep of 20 chakra per post, to create more paper it costs 30 chakra per 100 sheets of paper. Requirements: Expert Ninjutsu.

Name: Earth Release: Swamp of the Underworld Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Release Range: All ranges Description: By changing the surface of an object beneath the target into mud and creating a swamp, the user can sink their target into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures Requirements: User must have Earth Release.
Name: Water Release: Tearing Torrent Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Water Release Range: Short to Mid range Description: This technique creates water that spirals in the user's hand which fires at a high speed towards the enemy. The overall amount of water formed is large enough to help extinguish even large-scale fire release techniques. It can also be combined with the Wind Release: Rasengan to create the Typhoon Water Vortex Technique. Requirements: User must have Water Release
Name: Body Pathway Derangement Rank: A Type: Medical Ninjutsu Element: Lightning Release Range: Short-range Description: An extremely high-level technique, used as a medical ninjutsu. The human body is controlled with electrical signals from the brain, but a person who had those electrical signals cut off with this technique will become unable to make their body move as they want. By transforming the chakra within one's body and giving it the properties of electricity, one creates an electric field. As soon as a strike of the hand lands, electricity is poured into the enemy's nervous system, severing the signals and deranging their body control. The target's body moves in any way, except how they want it to move for two posts. For the common shinobi, battle, not to mention even just walking, will become impossible. The victim can partially overcome the technique if they manage to relearn the connection between their brain and their limbs. Requirements: N/A
Name: Healing Resuscitation Regeneration Technique Rank: A Type: Medical Ninjutsu Element: N/A Range: Short-range Description: To begin a large, square seal is drawn on the floor and the patient is placed at the centre. Four medical-nin sit at the corners and one at the head to lead the operation. A portion of an injured individual's body is used as a medium, and its cells are converted to regenerate a missing section of the body. As an agglomeration of cells, even hair is a useful medium. As the medium is converted the missing section of the body is filled up with new cells. Controlling the chakra into matching the proportion of cells is extremely hard, so the treatment requires extended periods of time. The medical-nin on hand actually have to trade places after tiring, indicating just how long it takes. During the operation, the square seal and the medium coming from the injured person are not needed. Instead, four formula-lines are used to restore the missing section of the body. The technique is still very chakra-taxing though. Requirements: Must have four users.
Name: Yin Healing Wound Destruction Rank: A Type: Medical Ninjutsu Element: N/A Range: Short Description: A medical ninjutsu where one anticipates the spot the enemy will attack and pre-emptively applies medical treatment to it, reducing damage to a minimum. The user concentrates chakra to that area and begins the cell recreation process even before the targeted area becomes damaged. Using opponent's facial expression and movements, the technique's speed and power, the user analyses everything in an instant and accurately deduces where the attack will land. Even more than accurately predicting the attack or instantly gauging the situation, a great resilience is necessary. The technique will continue to heal damage until the user runs out of chakra, leaving the possibility that the damage will not be completely mended when the technique ends. Requirements: N/A
Name: Chakra Saber Rank: A Type: Medical Ninjutsu Element: None Range: 0m - 5m Description: This is a more potent and offensive form of the 'Chakra Scalpel' Technique. The user is able to extend a blade of chakra five meters long from their hand that can then be used as a blade. This is more powerful then the chakra scalpel in that it can do both internal and external damage at the same time, being able to easily slice through muscles and tendons, as well as flesh and bone. Has the same strength and speed as the user. Costs 60 to activate, 30 for upkeep. Requirements:
Name: Fuuinjutsu: Binding Rank: A Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: None Range: 0 - 20m Description: The user places a seal, and upon the opponent coming into the seals range, it will spring out tendrils made of chakra. These tendrils have equal strength and durability to the user upon the seal being placed. They then proceed to wrap around the target and bind them in place with paralysis, but only if the target has equal or lesser strength than the seal. These tendrils can be destroyed with force enough to destroy anything of their durability. They move at a speed of 80 each, and there can be six at any one time. They last for five posts upon activation. Requirements: OOC permission only
Name: Blood Release: Heavenly Weeping Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Blood Range: 0m - 100m Description: Similar to its parent technique, “rain tiger at will technique”, this causes dark rain clouds to appear in the sky. But, instead of rain or water falling, you will find that this is much more gruesome. The precipitation in this technique is blood. This blood allows for sensing within its range along with the ability to cast any of their blood Release jutsu through this rain of blood that is already saturated with their chakra. Requirements:
Name: Iron-Blood Release: Blood Spear Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element:Blood/Magnet Range: 0m - 50m Description: The user draws the iron from their blood to shape it into a spike of solid iron that can be used. The spike has a durability equal to the user. This spike is two feet in length and around two inches in diameter at its thickest point. The user may only create one spike at a time. Requirements:

Name: Swift Release: Sonic Boom Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Swift Range: 0m - 20m Description: The user moves an open palm thrust forward that had been imbued with swift release chakra. This creates a shockwave and with the sudden shift in pressure, a sound that can only be compared to thunder. The shockwave travels forward at a speed and strength of 80. Requirements:
Name: Swift Release: Body Flicker Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Swift Range: 0m - 30m Description: The user surges their body with swift chakra and then preforms the Body Flicker technique. This adds +60 speed to the user for one post. The user cannot attack while using this jutsu, much like its parent technique. Requirements:
Name: Paper Clone Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Range: 0m - 70m Description: A technique which employs the use of The Shikigami’s ability to manipulate the shape and colour of the users paper by forming it into one or more replicas of themselves . When a clone is hit, it will merely turn back into sheets of paper. If need be, The user can convert the paper into explosive tags to allow for a deadly surprise attack. Name: Paper Flickering Technique Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Range: 0m - 70m Description: When using “Dance of the Shikigami”, the user scatters themselves into a wide range of almost immeasurable amounts of papers. These are then used to obscure the sight of the enemy and to allow the user to traverse any terrain more easily. The user can reform almost instantly at any location that their paper is, even partially. A-rank activation half upkeep. Requirements: Dance of the Shikigami

Name: Jashinism Rank: S Type: Fuinjutsu Element: None Range: Self Handseals: None Speed: None Description: The user is immortal thanks to the influence of Lord Jashin so long as they continue to murder. These immortality on lasts up to three months (irl time) since the user has murdered their last PC or NPC. Failure to do so will leave the user vulnerable to death just like a normal person. This requires no Chakra to use and is passive, requiring no activation. Requirements: GM in Fuinjutsu, No clan, -1 Skill Point in any area and 3k Exp.
Name: Blood Release: Spiral Cicada Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Blood Range: 0m - 10m Description: The user is able to form their blood into various weapons or shields to be used in combat. The blood simply solidifies once it is in the desired shape and is then held in that shape by the user's chakra. Due to the constant presence of chakra in the constructs, they have durability and strength +30 to the user's. An additional upkeep cost of 35 chakra must be payed for each time the weapon is reconstructed into something new. 70 activation, 35 upkeep. Requirements:
Name: Blood Release: Death Carnival Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Blood Range: 0m - 70m Description: Blood Release: Death Carnival is a technique based upon the principle of the Storm Release: Laser Circus technique. After making the required handsigns the user builds blood release chakra in their hands and fires it at the target in form of high speed traveling blood streams that have a strong enough piercing ability to go through steel. Stats equal to user. Requirements:
Name: Blood Release: Crimson Spiderweb Forest Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Blood Range: 0m - 100m Description: After using a technique that creates something similar to a forest or cave or while being in a forest or cave, the user manipulates their blood to connect on all sides and form sticky strands that resemble the way a spiders web looks like. These strands can then be used to capture or restrain targets that get hung up in them or to slow an enemies movements as they focus on not being caught up in the bloody webs. Stats equal to user +40. One must have greater than or equal strength to the durability of the webs. (Which is +40 the user's durability). 70 activation, 35 upkeep. Requirements:
Name: Blood Release: Infernal Conversion Rank: S Type: Medical Ninjutsu Element: Blood Range: Self Description: The user manipulates the acidity levels of their blood, turning their blood into a potent acid. Obviously, this doesn't effect the user, but any of their techniques, or any blood drawn from them will be highly acidic for as long as this technique is active. 140 activation, 70 upkeep. Name: Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Water Release Range: Short to Long range Description: This technique is a larger version of the Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave. With it, the user spews out a massive amount of water, covering an entire area with crushing, unavoidable waves. The water then forms into a giant orb, instead of letting it flow freely like the original. Requirements: User must have Water Release
Name: Mystical Palm Technique Rank: C-S Type: Medical Ninjutsu Element: N/A Range: Short-range Description: This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by sending chakra from their hands into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it very useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control, and because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique. Highly-skilled users (S) have the ability to use it a short distance away from the target instead of through direct contact (0m - 10m). Once activated, the seal will burn through the chakra within itself at 200 chakra per post to heal the user of any injuries or ailments that they come across. This can heal damaged organs including the heart, brain, lungs, etc... It will also heal any damage done at a cellular level almost instantly. Always returning the user to their most basic and healthy state. As it does not draw directly on the users Chakra to activate or sustain itself, it can even be activated if the user has passed out from having no chakra. While the needles do surround a target from all sides, they don't appear above the target, creating an escape route. The user is able to perform this jutsu with one-handed seals, allowing them to pin an opponent's arm and attack while they cannot use any techniques themselves. They cannot be detected through traditional means. This technique utilises water vapour to bend the light around the user making use of Water Release to do so, enhancing its effects from the Hiding with Camouflage Technique. Name: Body Pathway Derangement Rank: A Type: Medical Ninjutsu Element: Lightning Release Range: Short-range Description: An extremely high-level technique, used as a medical ninjutsu. The human body is controlled with electrical signals from the brain, but a person who had those electrical signals cut off with this technique will become unable to make their body move as they want. By transforming the chakra within one's body and giving it the properties of electricity, one creates an electric field. As soon as a strike of the hand lands, electricity is poured into the enemy's nervous system, severing the signals and deranging their body control. The target's body moves in any way, except how they want it to move for two posts. For the common shinobi, battle, not to mention even just walking, will become impossible. Name: Healing Resuscitation Regeneration Technique Rank: A Type: Medical Ninjutsu Element: N/A Range: Short-range Description: To begin a large, square seal is drawn on the floor and the patient is placed at the centre. Four medical-nin sit at the corners and one at the head to lead the operation. A portion of an injured individual's body is used as a medium, and its cells are converted to regenerate a missing section of the body. As an agglomeration of cells, even hair is a useful medium. As the medium is converted the missing section of the body is filled up with new cells. Controlling the chakra into matching the proportion of cells is extremely hard, so the treatment requires extended periods of time. The medical-nin on hand actually have to trade places after tiring, indicating just how long it takes. During the operation, the square seal and the medium coming from the injured person are not needed. Instead, four formula-lines are used to restore the missing section of the body. The technique is still very chakra-taxing though. Requirements: Must have four users.

Name: Yin Healing Wound Destruction Rank: A Type: Medical Ninjutsu Element: N/A Range: Short Description: A medical ninjutsu where one anticipates the spot the enemy will attack and pre-emptively applies medical treatment to it, reducing damage to a minimum. The user concentrates chakra to that area and begins the cell recreation process even before the targeted area becomes damaged. Using opponent's facial expression and movements, the technique's speed and power, the user analyses everything in an instant and accurately deduces where the attack will land. Even more than accurately predicting the attack or instantly gauging the situation, a great resilience is necessary. The technique will continue to heal damage until the user runs out of chakra, leaving the possibility that the damage will not be completely mended when the technique ends. Requirements: N/A

This is more powerful then the chakra scalpel in that it can do both internal and external damage at the same time, being able to easily slice through muscles and tendons, as well as flesh and bone. Name: Secret Technique: Nageku Rank: S (Limited) Type: Fūinjutsu/Medical Ninjutsu Element: N/A Range: Self Description: this is a seal that cannot be removed unless an S-rank seal remover is used. Once placed, it lasts until it runs out of chakra and then must be replaced as it will vanish. Once placed, it starts with 70 chakra stored, as it costs 70 chakra to place. It has no upkeep. The user is then able to store chakra in the seal that will be used only if one of two conditions are met. Either the user is in a dire state, close to death Or, the user activates it of their own will
Once activated, the seal will burn through the chakra within itself at 200 chakra per post to heal the user of any injuries or ailments that they come across. This can heal damaged organs including the heart, brain, lungs, etc... It will also heal any damage done at a cellular level almost instantly. Always returning the user to their most basic and healthy state. As it does not draw directly on the users Chakra to activate or sustain itself, it can even be activated if the user has passed out from having no chakra. The chakra the user places in the seal is not topic specific and can last through any topic until it is used. They then proceed to wrap around the target and bind them in place with paralysis, but only if the target has equal or lesser strength than the seal. These tendrils can be destroyed with force enough to destroy anything of their durability. They move at a speed of 80 each, and there can be six at any one time.
